This is the parental home of hostess Lieve Weltjens
Grain, maize, spelt, barley and oats were sown and harvested on the farm and the adjacent lands.
Lieve and her husband Jean have transformed the farm into an oasis of peace and cozy atmosphere. Where there used to be cattle, a stud farm with horses was established: Lieve's passion.

No expense has been spared to please those seeking tranquility, bon vivants, sports enthusiasts, horse lovers and friends of the good life.
In August 2007 the first guests were welcomed. They were immediately excited.
Since then, many people from home and abroad have praised B&B 't Welthof, the pleasant surroundings, the stud farm, the possibilities that the region offers (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, eating out...) in the guest book. , the wonderfully comfortable beds, the extensive breakfast with fresh local products and of course the hospitable owners Lieve and Jean.
Warm personality Lieve
Lieve has had a career as a nurse. Caring for people remains in her nature. She pampers the guests of B&B 't Welthof with lots of love, warmth and patience.
Lieve is also a patient weaver. Although the loom and spinning wheel are now in the attic, so that she can devote herself to her other passion: horses.
Driven Jean
Jean, together with Lieve, takes care of the horses and the stud farm. The horses there are all bred by myself. The bloodlines have been carefully selected and the build of each horse has been expertly studied. Because Jean and Lieve mainly want to deliver willing and attentive horses to their customers - especially show jumpers looking for quality competition stallions - the character of each bloodline is very important.
Jean's other hobby – cycling – also makes him an excellent guide for guests in the bed & breakfast who prefer to explore this beautiful part of Limburg by bicycle.
